All of these recipes have an added dash of monounsaturated fatty acids, or MUFAs for short, which help target belly fat, control blood sugar levels, and reduce insulin resistance to help keep your blood sugar steady, your taste buds happy and your belly nice and slim. FREE COOKING CLASS! Class includes recipes as well as samples of each item prepared. Classes are FREE, however, we ask you bring a donation of non-perishable food for the community food bank. Please enter our Teaching Kitchen from the door facing the Public Parking Lot on the corner of 5th and H Street. Space is limited, reservations are required.
