Employment Law Update
BOLI's Technical Assistance for Employers Program will conduct a 3-hour seminar on new laws affecting all Oregon employers.
Topics include Oregon Sick Time, new Oregon minimum wage, changes to overtime exemptions by the U.S. Department of Labor, 2016 changes to social media and paycheck privacy requirements, "Ban the Box" for criminal history, and January 1, 2017 changes to itemized pay statement requirements.
Coffee/tea and refreshments provided. 2.75 HRCI credits preapproved
