Persons who are convicted felons\, have a documented history of mental illness\, or who have been convicted of domestic violence need not apply.\n\n\n\nRequired Equipment-\n\nComfortable clothing\n\nHydration\n\n\n\nCourse Description-\n\nThis course designed to teach skills that aid in avoiding and protecting oneself against an attacker. Practical instruction for real-life scenarios using basic but effective techniques and usage of everyday items. Participants will finish the course with a higher sense of situational awareness and self-confi...dence in their own personal protection. Be advised that while this course is designed for all women\, beginners through advanced trainers\, it is specifically designed to be intense. Techniques in this course are tested in practical applications applied with force.
