Practical instruction for real-life scenarios using basic but effective techniques and usage of everyday items.\n\n\n\nParticipants will finish the course with a higher sense of situational awareness and self-confi...dence in their own personal protection. Be advised that while this course is designed for all women\, beginners through advanced trainers\, it is specifically designed to be intense.
