DESCRIPTION:North Valley Community Watch\, in conjunction with a civics class at North Valley High School.  Pursuant NVCW's mission\, the forums will focus on the topic of public safety. \n\n\n\nDan DeYoung and Keith Heck will answers questions from moderators and the audience members on September 20th\n\n\n\nLily Morgan and Bill Hunker will attend a similar event on October 11th\n\n\n\nThe town hall forums will be moderated by David Smith\, a NVCW member and Masters in Social Work student\, assisted by NVCW leaders Pete Scaglion and Charlyn Witcher.\n\n\n\nEach candidate will be asked to respond to questions from the moderator\, and the public will be able to submit questions which will be asked during the last half of each forum.
