It is a complex genetic disorder of the 15th chromosome: the most common known genetic cause of life-threatening obesity in children. My daughter Marley James has PWS and our goal is to raise awareness of this disease by providing children's costume make-up for Halloween. We are hoping you can help spread the word about this cause.
