LOCATION:Locations and Costs Balloons launch from SOUTH MIDDLE SCHOOL. No charge to attend. All other activities take place off LOWER RIVER ROAD 1.7 MILES PAST LINCOLN ROAD. Parking is $5 per vehicle. NO ENTRY ALLOWED from Upper River Road. All traffic will be routed to Lower River Road for entrance into the festival.
