The Limpy Botanical trail features a high diversity of native plant species influenced by serpentine geology. The easy\, one-mile hike will travel through a variety of unique habitats\, passing by sweet smelling azaleas (Rhododendron occidentale) and fields of blue camas (Camassia quamash) blooming\, amongst 250 other plant species recorded in this location. Bring your favorite wildflower book\, binoculars\, lunch\, comfortable layered clothing\, sun protection\, and closed toed shoes. Please RSVP for carpool locations and more details.
