From 8am to 10am\, Applebee?s will be serving up short stacks of pancakes for a TALL cause.  Shelter Friends partners with the Josephine County Animal Shelter to facilitate pet adoptions and animal care such as spay and neuter\, vaccinations and tests\, and emergency veterinary care.
