DESCRIPTION:Exciting new things happening in Grants Pass and the YMCA\n\nWe are happy to announce the YMCA Wellness Center will have a soft opening Saturday\, August 1st\, at 1550 Nebraska Ave\, (Former Thrive Wellness Center) and is poised to welcome more of the Grants Pass community to YMCA programs. The Grants Pass Family YMCA will open the YMCA Wellness Center a second Y in Grants Pass\, OR that will support everyone's health and well-being. The Y will establish enhanced healthy living and social responsibility programs for the area. Bringing a YMCA Wellness Center to the southern region of Grants Pass fulfills a goal to expand our mission services and provide opportunities for the community with a specific focus on individual well-being. The six areas of focus for a healthy balanced life that we will focus on will be physical\, social\, intellectual\, spiritual\, occupational\, and emotional. The YMCA Wellness Center plans to provide programs such as massage therapy\, acupuncture\, nutrition\, personal training\, wellness coaching\, weight loss\, wellness programs focused on mental health\; and expand access by providing quality health and wellness opportunities\, and programs\, to fit everyone's health needs. We are here to help you in your journey while becoming healthier and happier.
