- Annual Acorn Festival & Scarecrow Contest
- Cultural & Ecological Enhancement Network is hosting their Annual Acorn Festival on Saturday, October 19th from 11am to 6pm at the Kerby Belt Building, 24353 Redwood Hwy, Kerby. There will be indoor and outdoor acorn related events, and a potluck at 5pm. For more information contact Tim at 541-291-8860. Cultural & Ecological Enhancement Network is holding a Scarecrow Contest. Scarecrows should be life-sized for outdoor display. All entries must be signed in at the Acorn Festival by noon on October 19th. The public will vote on their favorite scarecrows until 4pm.
