Adult Workshop - Moths and Mushrooms

Using Moths and Mushrooms as our muse we will explore class in stamp carving and printmaking using commercial gelatin printing plates. I will cover image transfers and how to carve your own stamps using soft-cut blocks. I also have some new Gelli Plate techniques using charcoal and oil pastels. We will experiment with color, stencils and masks to make complex paper backgrounds.

All materials will be provided, and I will have brayers to share. If you have your own brayer, please bring it. No experience necessary.
