Art Exhibition: Gabriel Mark Lipper
The Grants Pass Museum of Art welcomes your to view an art retrospective showcasing the talents of local Ashland Artist, Gabriel Mark Lipper. This exhibition provides an interesting reflection on his work over the past 15 years, it's evolution, and the continued thread that ties them together.
In 1991, Gabriel Lipper was inspired by a painting by Matisse that eventually became the beginning of Fauvism. From that moment, he was hooked. Although doing art in his early childhood, he began a serious formal and informal journey to learn and create. Currently based in Ashland, he has traveled extensively to many countries seeking out fine art masters of interest. Each step of the way, his viewpoint has shifted and matured, and his overall mantra is ?Be Present.?
Gabriel considers this exhibit almost a retrospective because it covers over 15 years of his art. The work is broken into categories: Insomnia, The American Dream, Thoroughbred, Faces, and much more. This exhibition is not to be missed.
