Barrel Tasting on the Lawn

Take a stroll on the lawn and taste 4 wines directly from the barrel that were harvested on our estate in 2023. Each wine will be paired with a small appetizer prepared by our kitchen.

Featured wines of the evening:
2023 Chardonnay out of a Seguin Moreau American oak barrel - This wine has gone through a natural malolactic fermentation and is full and buttery. Pairing to be determined
2023 Pinot Noir (Lot 2 hard press) out of a Maury & Fils French Oak barrel - This wine is fruit forward bright and elegant. Pairing to be determined
2023 Touriga Nacional out of a Cadus French Oak barrel - This wine is a balance of earthy and blue fruit flavors with spice and floral components - pairing to be determined
2023 Tempranillo (Lot 2 Hard press) out of a Seguin Moreaur French barrel - This wine is a big mouthful of young red wine. It has a ton of mouthfeel and some wonderful fruit and leather flavors - pairing to be determined
