Qigong Workshop w/ Adam Holtey
Part 1 (10:45am-12:45pm): Adam will begin Part 1 with an informative lecture that will explain the basic principles and demonstrate the essential practices in each of the 3 phases of Qigong. As a participant in this lecture, you will practice some simple exercises and practice feeling energy!
Part 2 (1:15-2:45pm): Part 2 of the workshop teaches 'Integrative Breathing', a series of yoga like postures that help facilitate deep and natural abdominal breathing and increase circulation through the entire spinal column. These breathing postures energize all of the major energy centers of the body, and help the spine become flexible and resilient to injury.
