BE Yoga Workshop: Intro to Meditation

Meditation is becoming a key technique in addressing various health concerns.

Increased stress, high blood pressure, and low immunity are a few examples.

But many people don't know where to even start with meditation.

Perhaps you've tried, but became frustrated because your head wouldn't 'shut up'. Don't despair! 

 

In this class you will:

• Learn about various types of meditation.
• Practice each types to find the one that is most suitable for you.
• Discuss common barriers to having a successful meditation practice.
• Learn how yoga and meditation are inextricably interwoven.
• Online support to follow.
