BOLI Training - Privacy and Confidentiality in the Workplace
BOLI's Technical Assistance for Employers Program presents a 3-hour training for employers on privacy and confidentiality issues in the workplace. Topics include drug and alcohol testing, searches, social media, medical exams, surveillance, monitoring of computers and internet use, workplace romances, and much more.
