BREAKFASTS THAT FIGHT FAT
Eating a breakfast made with ?slow-release? carbohydrates, such as oatmeal or bran cereal, 3 hours before you exercise may help you burn more fat, suggests a recent study in the Journal of Nutrition. Come try some delicious, healthy recipes for breakfast that fight fat and keep you full longer. FREE COOKING CLASS! Class includes recipes as well as samples of each item prepared. Classes are FREE, however, we ask you bring a donation of non-perishable food for the community food bank. Please enter our Teaching Kitchen from the door facing the Public Parking Lot on the corner of 5th and H Street. Space is limited, reservations are required.
