Chili Cookoff-River's Edge Academy

Cost: $10 per adult, $5 for ages 13-17, children under 12 are free

Event Details:

Local chefs and students will be showcasing their best chili recipes. The community votes for the People's Choice Award, while expert judges evaluate entries based on flavor, creativity, and spice. Winners are announced, and prizes are awarded to the Chili Champions, creating a flavorful celebration of community and culinary talent. 

The Mission:

At River's Edge Academy Charter School, we are on a mission to revamp the corner of C and 8th at our Grants Pass Campus, transforming it into a secure, functional Student Courtyard. Our vision is a safe outdoor student area, complete with comfortable seating, ample space for recreation, and fencing with barrier hedges to ensure the safety of our students. Achieving this vision carries an anticipated expense of $85,000, which is why we are reaching out to the community, and seeking their valuable support.
