Tips and tools from the cutting edge of Peak Performance Science
In this fast paced, humorous and interactive workshop we will dive into the most recent research on peak performance. In short, how you can hack into your brain, body and emotions to be your best self more often, even on demand. In this workshop we are going to address some of the most critical and difficult issues facing organizations today. Outdated cultural norms, errant beliefs and ineffective habits have combined to produce the highest levels of stress, burnout and despair for managers, employees and owners, in the last 100 years. And yet, everyday the demand is there for more effort, more performance and greater results with less resources. Nearly everyone feels the crush, but answers seem too distant, to difficult and simply ineffective. This workshop is designed hack into the core building blocks of peak performance across all domains of human organizations and break down the fundamental ingredients to:
- Significantly reducing stress
- Increasing your energy and stamina
- Improving and accelerating your creativity
- Bringing balance and joy back into all relationships in your life
This workshop will focus on how you can take the revelations from the science of achievement and turn them into specific and simple ingredients you can use to create your own unique and custom recipe for higher achievement and peak performance. The skills, tools and insight will be equally applicable to both your personal and professional life.
If you have a partner, co-worker or friend, please bring them with you to the workshop. As we have presented this information in the past, we have learned that those who come with a learning partner are able to apply and sustain the workshop skills and tools significantly better.
