Paid Leave Oregon is a new program that ensures individuals, employers, and families of every kind have the time and support they need to care for themselves and their loved ones when life's important moments affect their health and safety.
When does Paid Leave start?
On January 1, 2023, employees and employers will begin paying into the new program.
On September 3, 2023, employees can start applying for benefits.

Paid Leave Oregon hosts weekly community conversations starting Tuesday, June 7 through the end of August 2023.
Tuesdays, 3-4 p.m.: Conversaciones Comunitarias de Permiso Pagada (Zoom meeting held in Spanish)
Thursdays, 3-4 p.m.: ASL and Spanish interpretation provided
Fridays, 10-11 a.m.: ASL and Spanish interpretation provided
