Sgt. Arnold was born and raised in Medford.  He graduated from Southern Oregon University with a degree in Business Administration. Sgt. Arnold has worked for the Medford Police Department since 1998 and has held many different positions.  He spent several years as a drug detection K9 handler and have been a Drug Recognition Expert since 2006.  Currently he holds the rank of sergeant and supervises a team of patrol officers working a graveyard shift.
