What is a midterm general election and what does it mean for you?
Join us at the Grants Pass library from 5:30–6:30 pm on Thursday, September 15 to learn the mechanics of this biennial voting cycle with policy researcher and former president of Charlton Research Company, Charles F. Rund. Your vote in the November election determines congressional seats and the next two years of policy at the state and national levels.
