Excel Essentials – Level 1

According to SHRM (The Society for Human Resource Management), Excel skills are needed in roughly 78% of professional jobs.   Most, however, are self-taught and have no idea how to unleash the power of this amazing program.  In this class we will cover the basics of formulas, functions, formatting, database features and much more.  We will also demonstrate dozens of shortcuts that will dramatically increase your efficiency and effectiveness with this incredible program. 

The Excel Essentials Series at BBSI is taught using our proven computer-less training method.  Content is illustrated in the workbook and is covered thoroughly on the screen while participants take notes and complete exercises.  This focused initial step reduces distraction and dramatically increases the amount of material we can cover.  Following the class, attendees are encouraged to practice and apply the techniques several times to master and retain the content.
