Exploring Arts & Wellness Ladies' Residential Camp

Exploring Arts and Wellness Ladies' Residential Camp August 23rd-25th. The cost is $225-Full and partial scholarships available to anyone who has need! This residential overnight camp teaches self-nurturing to high school girls entering 9th-12th grades. We'll emphasize self-care, stress management, connection with nature, and creative self-expression.

Students will spend the weekend learning different stress and health management tools including yoga, hiking, nutrition, cooking, and connection with nature. Students will also be challenged to express themselves using story, improvisational theater, and art through various mediums. Cost includes lodging, food and instruction for the week.
