Farm Tour Series-Strategies for Farming with Drought
Learn about Strategies for Farming with Drought, at the Farm Tour Series, brought to you by the OSU Extension Service in partnership with Our Family Farms and the Jackson Soil & Water Conservation District. The first workshop starts August 23rd in Central Point and runs through September.
Workshops allow you to tour four local farms and see real-world examples of dry farming, water catchment systems, tarping and managing pastureland. The cost is $20 per tour and $70 for the series.
