Food System Networking Event
Join the Rogue Valley Food System Network for a networking event. Hear updates on working to build a better local food system. The new Executive Director of Rogue Valley Farm to School, Sheila Carder will introduce herself and talk about what the state legislature's support of farm to school and school garden programs mean for the Rogue Valley.
Also, meet new staff members of the Grants Pass Blue Zones Demonstration Project, and the Josephine County Food Bank. Mini presentations will start at 9 am.
Come early for open networking. You don't have to be working in the food system to attend, your interest is enough! Join us to connect and tell us what your interested in seeing in a better local food system. This is a free event. Light refreshments and coffee will be served.
