"No Host" Pop-Up by TINSEL BY LIV: Join us from 3:00 PM to 5:30 PM for a sparkling pop-up event by TINSEL BY LIV! Add a touch of shimmer and shine to your look with hand-tied hair tinsel, guaranteed to turn heads and make you stand out in any crowd. Walk-ins are welcome, and TINSEL BY LIV charges $3 per strand, recommending at least 10 strands for adults.
