PRIMO: Compressed Watermelon, Pickled Watermelon Rind, Goat Cheese, Arugula, Toasted Almond, Mint, Achiote Vinaigrette.
SECONDO: Pulpo A La Plancha, Cara Cara, Salted Black Bean, Cilantro, Fried Chili, Salsa Verde.
PASTA: Braised Lamb, Castelvetrano, Rosemary Angolotti, Cremini, Pecorino Romano.
MAIN: Petite Tender, Puree Blanc, Local Summer Vegetables, Beef Tallow Hollandaise.
