Halloween Carnival~EVCA

The Evans Valley Community Center is excited to announce that we will be hosting a COVID friendly Halloween Carnival this year. It will be held outside in a Fall Festival style with all the regular Carnival games from years past, a COVID friendly version of the Cake Walk, a costume contest, food, music, and hopefully a hay bale maze for the kiddos on Halloween day, Saturday October 31 from 1PM – 4PM.
