On Saturday, September 23, 2017, there will two opportunities to learn about the scenic resources study and how you can participate. Staff and consultants will be available to share information and answer questions. We will have informational materials on hand.

About the Grants Pass Scenic Resources Study
Grants Pass is renowned for the scenery within and around the city. It would be hard to imagine Grants Pass without its views of the beautiful Rogue River, the natural mountain slopes, or the charming downtown. These scenic elements, or ‘scenic resources’, are important to the character and identity of Grants Pass and make the city a desirable place to live and visit. With a growing population and a thriving tourism industry, it is important to identify these scenic resources and how to keep these unique qualities of Grants Pass for generations to come.
