Mindfulness of Emotions & Intuitive Healing Guided Meditation
Sascha Meier will be offering a Mindfulness of Emotions Guided Meditation on September 22nd from 12:00 - 1:30pm!
During this guided meditation, we will explore mindfulness of emotions - a profound, personal aspect of the practice. You’ll refine your capacity to see; observe what’s happening inside of you and why certain patterns repeat; enhance your intuition; and cultivate compassion for yourself and others. Sascha will provide a short teaching, breathwork, a guided meditation, and silence to go deeper into your body. We will re-attune areas that feel off-balance with harmonious sounds from Tibetan bells and chimes to amplify the flow of positive energy through the body - cleansing blocks that have you feeling stuck and support an overall sense of well-being. She will guide you to a state of deep relaxation, promoting healthy sleep patterns, mental calm and a brightened mood.
Sascha is a certified mindfulness meditation teacher via UC Berkeley’s Greater Good Science Center & Sounds True and has been a meditation practitioner for 15+ years. She teaches meditation and mindfulness to college students as an adjunct instructor and founded Alexandra Advisory Services to prioritize health, wellness and social impact. She works with individuals and teams to show them how to increase resilience and rise to challenges using mindfulness techniques that apply neuroscience for better decision making. Her energy is playful, grounded and practical. She engages in daily meditation, chant and physical activity in the mountainous outdoors of Southern Oregon.
