Moai-Community Trail Hike
Moai-Community Trail Hikes were inspired by the Blue Zones Project-Grants Pass; a community initiative to optimize residents' longevity and well-being.
Asante Rehabilitation Services and Southern Oregon Trail Alliance staff lead community members on a free trail hike and walk. All you need is a good pair of walking shoes, trekking poles (if you have them) and the free Trailforks smart phone app installed (optional).
Moai (pronounced mow-eye) means "meeting for a common purpose." I t originated in Okinawa, Japan, one of the original Blue Zones areas, for villagers to support each other in times of need. Be apart of the Blue Zones Project-Grants Pass initiative and join us!
