NUTRITIOUS DINNERS FOR THE NEW YEAR
Start the new year with some fresh ideas for dinner. Recipes include Stuffed Chicken Breast, Whole Wheat Spaghetti with Turkey Meatballs, Baked Fish Sticks and Shrimp Scampi with Polenta. FREE COOKING CLASS! Class includes recipes as well as samples of each item prepared. Classes will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen on the 4th Floor of the Asante Center for Outpatient Health located at 537 SW Union Avenue in Grants Pass.
