PEERSPECTIVES is a roundtable-panel presentation of "working" information and effective ideas from fellow business owners, employers and managers. 

From the latest BR&E Survey, area businesses trumpeted the need for creative strategies for hiring and RETAINING good employees. A wide range of incentives were mentioned from offering higher wages to tuition reimbursement, while the highest percentage of responses were mired in frustration and a need for help in this area.
