ShakespeareAMERICA presents: The Journey to Juliet: An Interview with Jada Alston Owen on Thursday, June 8th 7:00-8:00PM at the SOU Digital Media Center. Jada Alston Owens, currently starring as Juliet in Oregon Shakespeare Festival's production of Romeo and Juliet, talks about her evolution as an actor as well as the challenges of tackling such an iconic role--in such an iconic play. Jada, who hails from New Orleans, is making her OSF debut. A self-described multi-hyphenated actor, she has also performed at the Roustabouts Theatre Co., the La Jolla Playhouse, and the Old Globe Theatre.
