This 4-week program is led by Jonathan Madera, an experienced researcher and product designer who has spent nearly two decades designing digital products, leading teams, and building award-winning work. As a storyteller and founder, he has also built a golf brand that connects with an underrepresented audience in the sport. Now a certified workshop facilitator, he brings that same ability to guide people through structured exercises that help them gain clarity, align their ideas, and move forward with decisive action.
