Enjoy 5 thoughtfully curated, farm-to-table dinner courses overlooking the most stunning views in the Applegate Valley. Each course has been carefully crafted with beverage pairings in mind to elevate your culinary experience.
This dining opportunity is for all skill levels of tasters & foodies & is ultimately about finding what makes your palate sing. Weekend Beer Company's Brewmaster, Brandon Crews, along with Vista 222's General Manager, Charlsie MacWilliams, will share what they consider when making a pairing suggestion, while opening up the conversation for guest input & questions. This delicious evening will be filled with fun, friends, food, beer & wine!
