Troon Vineyard Summer Solstice Dinner

The Sun is the farmer’s partner, and we celebrate that partnership each year when the Summer Solstice brings the most hours of sunshine to our farm. The Solstice marks the time of year when our gardens begin to fully share their bounty, so we can’t think of a better way to celebrate the Sun’s gifts than our annual Troon Vineyard and Farm Solstice Dinner.

Accomplished chefs Mal and Carl Krause, both graduates of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York, team up with our Troon Farm team to craft an authentic farm-to-table menu freshly harvested from our gardens and pastures at Troon just in time for dinner. Of course, each dish will be perfectly complimented by our other solar gifts—our latest Troon Vineyard Biodynamic wines.

We will begin with a farm tour at 5:00 pm, led by Troon Vineyard Director of Agriculture, Garett Long — please wear appropriate footwear — which will be followed immediately by our Solstice Dinner.
