4:00-5:00pm: Purchase food and drink, browse the partner organization tables, enter to win a prize in the raffle, mingle

5:00pm: Welcome and call to find seats

5:20-6:00pm: First half of film showing

6:00-6:35pm: Intermission (Purchase food and drink, take action, interact with organization tabling, enter raffle)

6:40-8:00pm: Second half of film showing

8:00pm: Closing and goodnight!
