YPN-Professional Development/Web Design

The Young Professionals Network will be hosting a Professional Development Class on the topic of Web Design on Thursday, May 20th from 9:00am-11:00am. This virtual class will be led by Christy Kiltz of Design! by Kiltz Internet Solutions.


Christy has been taking care of people online since 2000, focusing on building websites & providing support to clients to truly empower them. She doesn't believe in the "black box" of the online world and constantly works to turn Geek into English. From 2008 to 2012 she taught "WebEssentials for Small Business", (2) nine week series of classes, at the SBDC. The focus of the classes was empowering and enabling people to manage their website & market online.
 
Her business has grown to a full service digital agency that focuses on the relationship instead of the transaction. That means that every client gets white glove service customized to their needs and a team on their side to help make their online world support their business goals.
 
But, she's not a true geek-girl. She loves the outdoors; camping, hiking, and water of any kind, and can even survive for a weekend without a computer. Her favorite things include "kodak" moments, getting away into the beautiful mountains of Southern Oregon with her hubby & 4-legged kid Momo, a 12 ½ yr old Akita, or taking a drive out to the coast.
