Owner and Certified French Pastry Chef Alyssa Warne brings over a decade of expertise to the bakery, having honed her skills at the prestigious San Diego Culinary Institute and through years of experience in retail bakeries and bakery marketing across the Pacific Northwest. The menu at Beef Cakes features an array of signature items, including elegant wedding cakes, gluten-free and vegan desserts, and trendy custom cake designs like vintage mushroom and heart cakes. Seasonal specialties and customer favorites, such as chocolate croissants, pumpkin scones, and French macarons, add to the bakery’s diverse offerings.
Beef Cakes is deeply committed to the community, exemplified by its role as a co-founder of Cookie Palooza, a festive cookie decorating event where 100% of the profits are used to purchase Christmas gifts for local foster youth.
