About Us

The Four Way Community Foundation is our area's only dedicated Community Foundation, making grants to nonprofits in Josephine and western Jackson counties to support the missions of the many groups who work to enhance local quality of life. Established in 1975 through the Rotary Club of Grants Pass, it now operates independently under the guidance of a twelve member volunteer Board of Directors and one Executive Director. Through responsible investing and careful stewardship of donations and endowment funds, Four Way has grown a modest nest egg into a corpus of over eight million dollars, and gives over $300,000 annually.
Four Way is committed to equity, integrity, and transparency. Deep local knowledge is essential to the Foundation's responsive grant making.
Nonprofits seeking grant support, and people wishing to make a donation, should visit our website at fourwaycommunityfoundation.org to familiarize themselves with our guidelines. Anyone who would like more information about establishing an endowment fund, making a donation, or requesting nonprofit support should please contact our Executive Director, Kate Dwyer, for an appointment.
