We are located on the corner of C and 5th Streets. Our entry is at the back of the building facing the alley between C and D street. You may park in the large parking lot on the corner of D and 5th.
About Us
Music4Kids is a music learning center giving private and group lessons in piano, guitar, ukulele, violin, cello, and singing. Our Kindermusik Program offers delightful music & movement classes for ages 0-7.
Our team of experienced teachers provides music lessons designed to nurture musicianship, unlock each student's potential, and promote community and family.
Music4Kids began with a few Kindermusik classes in a classroom at the Gilbert Creek Early Childhood Development Center in 1999. It grew rapidly and two years later moved to a storefront in the Town Center Plaza in 2001. We continued to grow to include Kindermusik classes, music lessons, and a youth choir as well as band and orchestra instrument rentals and the sale of instrument accessories, children's musical instruments, and sheet music. In 2005 the name was changed to Great Northwest Music, and in 2008 Teresa and Andy Martin purchased the store from owner, Deborah Pratt.
After a haitus of 5-years, Deb returned to Great Northwest Music to help revitalize the Kindermusik program which eventually outgrew the space at Great Northwest Music. Music4Kids moved to its current location at 141 NW C Street in Grants Pass in May of 2017.
Our beautiful historic location features a lesson room with a baby grand piano, 2 smaller lesson rooms for private and group instrument lessons, a piano lab with 5 keyboards for group piano lessons, and a nicely furnished waiting room.
