About Us

Nonprofit service organization promoting and connecting educational programming in southern Oregon through free community events, online community and resource sharing.

The mission of Options for Education is to promote school choice by:



~Empowering parents with resources to make decisions in line with their ethical, moral and spiritual beliefs

~Helping educational entrepreneurs to thrive by creating a community for networking, support and promotion

~Sourcing and creating learning opportunities where students blossom into healthy contributing humans


Services Provided:

Community events to share education options outside of the traditional public school classroom

Online Resource Library of over 300 school choice resources including 78 local resources, 18 offering full courseloads, the remaining 60 supplemental programs

Referrals and recommendations to math families with educators

Support educational entrepreneurs by connecting them with funding or legal resources, promoting their programs, and helping them to solve problems

Networking and training events for educators and administrators

Future programming will be in effort to connect youth with their community through experiential service learning
