About Us

Established in 1970, Rogue Community College provides affordable, quality higher education to help 11,400 people achieve their goals each year supporting the vitality of our Southern Oregon communities.

RCC
• serves Grants Pass, Medford, and White City. The college's original campus, a former Job Corps camp of 80 wooded rural acres, located just west of Grants Pass off the Redwood Highway, is called the Redwood Campus.
• is a comprehensive, two-year, public community college, offering multiple transfer degrees that pave the way to university studies as well as a variety of short-term certificates in career and technical education (CTE) fields like automotive, electronics, welding, computer programming and cybersecurity. Other offerings include driver education and just-for-fun community education classes, continuing education, workforce development, and skills training, and academic skills (GED preparation), plus services to the business community.
• has an open enrollment policy that means anyone can qualify to attend.
• does our very best to make school affordable for all.
• is accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities.
• is approved by the Veterans Administration as a veterans training institution.

Thousands of former students are employed locally, resulting in a net impact of $306.2 million in the regional economy in FY 2018-19.

The RCC Foundation, a non-profit organization founded in 1980, serves the needs of RCC and its students. For the 2017-18 academic year, they awarded nearly $450,000 in scholarships to over 244 RCC students.
