About Us
Solid Rock Church of Grants Pass is a Southern Baptist Church. We have been around the Rogue Valley since 1948. We are a close community church. Our church family loves to get together to study God's word and fellowship. We as a church go on mission trips to serve others and share the Gospel. During the summer we have a vacation bible school for kids ages 3yrs through 5th grade. We as a church adopt 15-30 families from 3 local schools to provide an Easter meal and a Thanksgiving meal. We support local nonprofit ministries here in our community.
One ministry of our church is Cherished Footsteps Preschool. Our preschool is a state licensed preschool. Our preschool is open 7:30am-4:30pm Monday through Friday to children ages 2yrs up to 5yrs of age and going into kindergarten. We offer 1/2 day, 3/4 day and full day care. Cherished Footsteps is a faith based preschool. The kids are taught how to pray, to learn bible verses, and the Gospel. They are also prepared to enter kindergarten when the time comes.
