Celebrate the height of summer at our Irvine & Roberts Vineyards Wine Dinner, a four-course experience inspired by the elegance and terroir of Southern Oregon. Irvine & Roberts is distinguished for its refined, estate-grown wines that reflect the character of the region’s unique landscape.
Chef Justin Wolf and Chef Mike Hite have designed a thoughtful menu, with each course crafted to showcase the distinctive pairing potential of Irvine & Roberts’ acclaimed wines.
Every dish is created to complement and enhance each pour, resulting in a seamless journey from plate to glass.

Whipped goat cheese infused with ripe strawberry and nestled in a crisp filo shell, finished with a delicate drizzle of thyme oil.

A composed salad of bitter greens with grilled pear, crumbled smoky blue cheese, and a thyme-scented Champagne vinaigrette.
