FIBER RICH FOODS
We probably all need more fiber in our diet. This class will give you lots of tasty, new options for adding fiber to your every day menu. FREE COOKING CLASS! Class includes recipes as well as samples of each item prepared. Classes will be held in the Demonstration Kitchen on the 4th Floor of the Asante Center for Outpatient Health located at 537 SW Union Avenue in Grants Pass.
