Grants Pass Urban Renewal Plan ~ Open House
A public open house will be held July 13th from 4pm-6pm in the City Council Chambers to discuss Council's consideration and adoption of the Grants Pass Urban Renewal Plan.
The purpose of an urban renewal plan is to improve specific areas of a city that are poorly developed or underdeveloped.
Urban renewal plans allow for the use of tax increment financing to fund projects to address these issues.
The open house is informational only to share information and answer questions. No testimony will be taken and no recommendation or decisions will be made at the open house.
Staff and the City's consultant will be available to answer questions.
Materials will be on display to review at your own pace. There will be no presentation, so you can come by any time.
The public will have two other opportunities to comment on the proposal.
